We want to provide a memory for the Brazilian community, but also welcome and showcase Brazilian cuisine to Canada, and the other cultures present here.

All only using fresh, all-natural ingredients, The cook will spend time preparing the dough, cutting and cooking the most diverse and delicious fillings for our incredible pastéis, all fresh, all from scratch.

Our physical store will serve the pastéis, sugarcane juice and other snacks, as well as providing them through social networks, with home deliveries, and the option to bring home pastry dough that’ll allow you to make your pastéis at home, however and whenever you want.

We aim to add Brazilian flavours to the international community, using fresh and local ingredients, surprising and exciting our patrons with comfortable and versatile food that can be served in cozy restaurant chains or even through rotisseries for consumption at home.

About us and
our market

Gathered and decided to invest in a business, we wanted something nourishing, tasty, practical, local, unprocessed and affordable. So, we all agreed that this type of Brazilian food would be a good snack or meal option.

It was clear what needed to be done based on the lack of options in our community – we had to create our own business.

Gil Sobral is our Chef, a Brazilian passionate about travel and good gastronomy, graduated from Fanshawe College and the main investor, we are looking to add more flavors to the cuisine of Londoners, we want to be a Brazilian food restaurant option, with fast service, tasty food and affordable prices. All done from scratch, NO JUNK FOOD! The goal is clearly to offer something different.
